• Set product and technical strategy around structured sales intelligence, using a shared knowledge model to connect customer, product, meeting, and CRM data.
• Took the strategy from concept to product, shipping Meeting Prep, Live Assist, Sales Coaching, and CRM Updates and using customer feedback to drive the roadmap.
• Designed and built the Knowledge Engine, a structured graph connecting products, features, pain points, stakeholders, objections, and deal context, providing a common data and reasoning layer across products.
• Designed the multi-agent architecture with three agent types, 10+ orchestrated tools, recursive tool calling, and context management across OpenSearch, PostgreSQL, and GPT-4o/5.1.
• Built the engineering operating model, including hiring, engineering principles, and an L3–L8 leveling ladder.

• Led engineering for developer experience and model observability as Baseten expanded its inference platform.
• Shipped model-serving capabilities on TRT-LLM and vLLM with a Python/Kubernetes platform and launched the company's self-hosted enterprise offering.
• Drove SOC2 certification to support enterprise adoption.

Cloud analytics platform built on Apache Superset.

• Led product and engineering through Preset's transition from an open-source project into a commercial cloud platform, launching SaaS, Hybrid Cloud, and Embedded products.
• Scaled engineering from 20 to 60+, building frontend, platform, data engineering, and infrastructure teams to support the company's growth.
• Built the infrastructure and operating practices required for multi-tenant SaaS, enterprise security and compliance, and multiple deployment models.

Digital mortgage closing platform.

• Led engineering through ~8× revenue growth, scaling the organization from 11 to 100 engineers and building frontend, platform, data engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams, supported by standardized hiring frameworks, interview processes, and evaluation rubrics.
• Built the platform and engineering practices required to support the increase in customers and transaction volume, with investments in reliability, infrastructure, and developer productivity.
• Led QA, DevOps, Data Science, Engineering, and Core Platform during this period.

Personal genomics platform.

• Built the mobile engineering function as Helix expanded its genomics platform into a consumer product and partner marketplace.
• Shipped Helix's first native iOS application and built the platform iOS SDK, marketplace APIs, and OAuth2 framework used by partners across the Helix ecosystem.

• Built Office prototypes using machine learning and an iOS application using Microsoft Band biometrics for stress detection with Microsoft Research.
• Selected for Microsoft's High Potential (HiPo) program.

• Built full-stack applications, APIs, and data pipelines for Typekit.
• Optimized Flash Player and AIR runtime on Android for battery, memory, and rendering performance.
